This is the 22nd volume in the Claymore series. Like the previous couple volumes, the story in this volume is very linear and I enjoyed it.
Cassandra, Roxanna, and Hysteria all Awaken. While Cassandra and Roxanne battle each other, Hysteria takes on Miria. Much mayhem ensues. In the middle of the volume the original seven (minus) Claire return and help with the battle. Right at the end Raki arrives with the Claymores in training.
The storyline is very linear and easy to follow. The Organization has been decimated. This book is mainly the Claymore fighters (who have all joined the rebel group now) against the Awakened Cassandra, Roxanne, and Hysteria.
As with previous volumes there is a ton of action, the fight scenes are easy to follow and the illustration is really well done.
Overall this has been an excellent action-packed fantasy manga series. I have really enjoyed the more recent books a lot. They have been more linear and easy to follow. I would recommend this whole series to those who enjoy action heavy fantasy manga.
