This is the 19th volume in the Claymore series. This series is rumored to be wrapping up later this year with volume 27. While the last two books in this series were amazing, I felt like this one lagged a little.
Helen, Deneve, and Clare continue to fight the Awakened Priscilla. Priscilla is pretty much going on a rampage in her effort to get to Clare. Their fight is further complicated when the joint Rafaela/Luciela evolves into something even more deadly.
After the above we fellow Phantom Miria as she travels east to take on the Organization. She meets the Twins and number 10, Rafutera…two secret weapons the Organization has kept hidden.
This was a decent book in this series. There continues to be a ton of action and the illustration was well done. I didn’t like this book quite as much as the last couple volumes in the series; it was a bit more scattered and not as much happened.
Overall a well done volume in this manga series. I continue to enjoy this series and would recommend it to those who like action-packed fantasy manga.
