Best of 2017 – Historical Fiction/General Fiction/Science Fiction
Welcome to the 2nd post in my “Best of 2017” series. This is the best general, historical, or science fiction I read in 2017. Click on the image to go to Goodreads to read more about the book. Or you can click on the link above/below the image to see my review of that book.
This is kind of a “catch all” category and I didn’t read a ton of books in this category. Don’t worry I make up for the lack of books in this category in upcoming categories 🙂

The Naturals by Jennifer Lynn Barnes
This is a spectacular and intense YA thriller series. I really loved this series. The plot is intricate and well done, the characters have a lot of depth, and the writing style is easy to read and engaging.
Book 4: Bad Blood

The 5th Wave by Rick Yancey
This is a fast-paced and engaging series. I would definitely recommend if you enjoy post-apocalyptic and alien themes.
